potentially even just teach them the 00:26:41 and potentially even just teach them the 00:26:41 and potentially even just teach them the basic skills in some of our roles and 00:26:42 basic skills in some of our roles and 00:26:42 basic skills in some of our roles and the the reason why is the the diverse 00:26:45 the the reason why is the the diverse 00:26:45 the the reason why is the the diverse background on experience if you've or a 00:26:47 background on experience if you've or a 00:26:48 background on experience if you've or a truck driver and you know all about the 00:26:50 truck driver and you know all about the 00:26:50 truck driver and you know all about the whole trucking industry and logistics 00:26:51 whole trucking industry and logistics 00:26:51 whole trucking industry and logistics and how all that stuff works from your 00:26:53 and how all that stuff works from your 00:26:53 and how all that stuff works from your military career in that specialty you're 00:26:56 military career in that specialty you're 00:26:56 military career in that specialty you're much more equipped to be successful in a 00:26:59 much more equipped to be successful in a 00:26:59 much more equipped to be successful in a technology job in that industry because 00:27:01 technology job in that industry because 00:27:01 technology job in that industry because you understand how it works and in those 00:27:03 you understand how it works and in those 00:27:03 you understand how it works and in those areas so same thing if you the medic 00:27:06 areas so same thing if you the medic 00:27:06
